Wy’east Howl 50K @ Mt. Hood Meadows
Oct 6 @ 7:30 am – 3:00 pm

The Wy’east Howl is Daybreak Racing’s newest trail race, a challenging and wildly scenic point-to-point 50K from “Valley to Volcano”. Staged at Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort, the course offers all-day views of Wy’east (the native name for Mt. Hood) from the start down in the Hood River Valley all the way up to the finish ON MT. HOOD – the only ultra marathon finishing on the mountain! Wy’east, Oregon’s most celebrated volcano just gets closer and more beautiful as the race progresses!

This is a very demanding but rewarding course, offering miles of top notch singletrack trails in a diverse mountain environment of forests, meadows and exposed ridgelines. With its amazing scenery, support and amenities, the race provides a unique and thrilling trail race experience.

We’ll celebrate each race finisher’s accomplishment together at the finish line, Mt. Hood Meadows main lodge, with awards, excellent food, craft beverages, live music and fun activities with friends and family.
